where can i find forumotions terms of service?

i just had a new member post up a naked picture of herself (lying front down) and asked her to remove it which she did but then asked why it wasnt in the rules (i never ever came across a naked avatar on a parenting forum!) and i just wanted to check the TOS regarding nudity on forums! I cant find it though, i typed terms of service in search, anyone got any directions?
