Solved Attachments problem

I upload a file and i want to post it but when i pres "Post" the attachment dont appears at the post.
How can i fix it.
Or How to manage the attachment,or how to post it i need a informations how to use the attachments.

Youl click Choose File // Click Submit // Then click Send
