remove all pm's by a user

I had the misfortune of spammer sending pornographic material via the pm's of my entire membership. what else might be embedded in these things is unknown. I clicked on the pm pop up (dumb)and next thing i know my page 80% of swinging Johnson . I'm not accustom to this sort of thing in my site so am unsure in how to handle it. Is there a way to have this persons pms removed so to not subject other members from being recipients of this ?
I have since taken advantage of the newly added anti-spam feature.

I saw on your forum that you had the announcement made but all I can recommend is ban them and their IP and hope that they don't come back. Warn your users as there is not a way to delete other users PMs.

thanks again mate. Glad you noticed the announcement, lets just hope the remaining membership does. lol I sent out pms as well as e-mails too. wasn't so sure myself there was a way to remove them all. we need that feature !

If you delete the account, all pms will be deleted too.

Doesn't it just show as a guest?

If it is posts yes, but if it is pms no.

i removed the jerk and his pm's went with him. all i can do is take better precautions to avoid this in the future. sh*t happens.
