Pages Problem

Alright so when I go to merge these two topics on my forum, it won't let me. They both have 990 replies and they automatically closed when they got to that many replies for some reason. Do I have to edit something in my admin panel? I'd really like to merge them together instead of having a Part 2 and 3 of the same topic. Thanks,

I've never seen anything like this. topics here have had that many replies, however they say they have 990 on the forum stats when they have more.

Oh well I guess I'll just see what happens to the next topic that gets 990. Maybe the forum database was updated since then

There is a limit on the number of replies which is 990. When it reaches it, it closes the topic and starts a new one.

Well I've seen topics with more than 1000 replies that are hosted by forumotion.

Messages in a subject: 990 messages (once the limit reached, the subject is locked and splitted)
