Hi, how does this happen? Could you describe how you can recreate this in more detail?

Of course.

Just start typing random text in this quick reply window. After that place cursor between two random letters. Then click on img-button to add img between those two letters. After you apply, img code won't be put between those two letters where your cursor was placed, but will be placed after last letter.

Hope you understand me now Smile i thought this was common problem Smile

If you are editing or adding something new to a post, it will always add the new code at the end of the post. I believe there is no fix for it.

I always have to copy and paste it where I want it.

Solved Re: [img]blabla[/img] placing at the end of post instead of where cursor is present

Hi,

So what your saying is that any BBCode, or img tag goes to the end of the post, rather then where you have highlighted?

If so, it' a well known problem, and the techs are actively working on it, and are soon to replace this current reply editor.

The topic, in the technician's forum => https://help.forumotion.com/t84132-please-fix-the-text-editor-bugs-especially-wysiwyg-mode

The new editor will look similar to: [img]blabla[/img] placing at the end of post instead of where cursor is present 08-04-14

Yes, that's right. It's a known bug and we can't do much about it right now. All I can advise you to do is to copy and paste the code manually rather than trying to use the buttons. Wink
