It could be your browser the reason why it looks like that for you. It looks fine to me.

If your using google chrome and you use a CSS code to change width of your forums than it is going to come out messed up. And by looking at your image you are using Chrome. Chrome in my opinion sucks it has so many things that it doesnt show correctly.
