ToS Question - RPG's & 'Mature' Content

Hai! I don't actually have my own forum, but I do have a question or two!

What I'm trying to do is put together a list of different forum hosts (for roleplayers/writers to use) that do allow mature content (sex and violence) and as well as ones do not.

I've read over the ToS, but I wanted to be completely sure as to where you guys stand on the subject.

Is sexual content in a story allowed?
If not, are users able to lead up to a sex scene but rather than writing it out they instead 'fade to black' or end the scene before it happens?
Is story violence, such as wars and murders for example, allowable?
