i am viewing this topic but i dont understand how to do this ..

if you are trying to change the default avatar for users then goto Admin>Display>Avatars>Avatar Gallery>Avatars Management i hope this helped, if not let me know

Also any member who has a default avatar will not change to the new default avatar. Only new members will get the new one.
