Admin won't delete my account!

I want my account deleted but he refuses! Please help me.

He made the general board private so you can't see where I asked him to delete my account

Well I can't fill out the form thing for a complaint, because he shut the site down so I don't have a proof pic

This link only removes your account, not messages. For messages to be deleted, the forum's administrator has to do it.
