set category to post count to view

is there a way (script) in phpbb3 that i can use to set a required post count (such as 15) to be able to view certain categories. Sort of like group admin besides there is no option to post count limit that will automatically add them into the group?

There is a way to have it where members can be added to groups automatically. There is an autoscribe option for each group you have or create where you can set the number of posts you need to be in a certain group. If you do it this way, you can have it where certain groups can only see certain areas of your forum.

this is pretty much what i am wanting to do, if i can set the post count to 15 for them to view such and such sections, and it automatically adds them, than thats exactly what i am looking for. it would begin to be a pain watching ppls post counts to enable them and add them myself to each group for the sections. how can i do the part in bold.

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Groups > Group Administration

1. Create a new group or modify one you already have.
Group auto-subscribe : Yes (A box will appear, enter the number of posts.)

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

2. Change the permissions for each group for each forum.

probably doesnt matter if its hidden does it?

It should not matter if the group is hidden.
