My Domain

Hello, I recently requested to have my domain name (http://www.creative-nation.net/) transferred. I sent a PM to two different staff members on Monday and have not received a reply yet.

I am aware of this topic, but would like to point out that what Forumotion is doing is unlawful theft. I payed for my domain, therefore it is mine to do with as I wish.

Failing having my domain transfer code emailed to me (which is entirely plausible considering Forumotion's stubbornness), I would like my domain registration cancelled, so I can re-register it under a new host by myself.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I am open to multiple options on how to retrieve my domain. I would just encourage the Forumactif Pro Staff to do the honorable thing and relinquish my domain. Although, again, I am open to other options.

I said I was aware of that topic. I am well versed in Forumotion's policies. Their policies are theft however, and I am making a simple request to have something that belongs to me.

I would prefer to discuss this with a Forumotion employee, or at the very least have a staff member here address my concern.

I am being very professional about this considering they have taken my money and violated my rights stated in their ToS. Especially so when you consider that I have brought both of these issues to the attention of the Administrator here, MrMario, and have been ignored both times.
