Delete old forum pls... Empty Delete old forum pls...

I just rememberd I made a forum,and whenever anyone serches me it pops up...and well,now I am getting in to some buisness and I dont whant that to happen...so who do I need to contact about getting rid of a forum,becouse well I even lost my old password and since google restarted all emails back 2 years ago,I lost the email too,so its impossible for me to retrive my account so I can delete it...
