How to embed tinychat?

I want to make a specific tinychat room available to my members, and I have gotten the embed code:

But how can I embed it? I tried putting it in the widgets but that's not convenient since it reloads every time I navigate around the forum and have to continuously re-login; in addition to the widget area being too narrow.

Is it possible to exchange the default chatroom with this chat? Any suggestions here?

Yes you can make your own lounge to it and open it into another tab and still have your forum page still up

What is a "lounge"? I would preferably have the tinychat inside my forum so people won't have to browse between tabs.

Then I have another question:
The tinychat now takes up too much space in the homepage content, is there any way I can modify the script above to reduce the tinychat height?
