As the title says , I want to Block a Person through IP.Can it be??

What I mean is I want that the User can't navigate my Forum just like Blocking him to see my Forum.How to do it.??

Not to Ban because If I Ban , He can still view my Forum by Registering New Username!Please

Did you read the complete tutorial, it shows you how to IP ban so that user can't view forum. He can't even register with a new account.

There I found now how to Ban Ip , Emails & Member.
