If your forum was banned that means you broke the Terms of Service of Forumotion - https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm . If you believe that you did not do this, press the Contest this Decision button on the Onlineguardian page.

Go to your forum. When the adfly page appears, press the Skip Ad button at the top right corner after 5 seconds. The Onlineguardian page will load after you press the SKip Ad button.

Wait five seconds.
Look on the top right of the adfly page. Click 'skip ad'.
There, you will see the onlineguardian page.
Click 'contest this decision'.
Fill out the form.

Your forum had whole sections of hacking and downloads.

you will not get the forum back.It has been shut down because you violated TOS.

All you can do is create a new forum with a new email address and follow all forumotions TOS this time.
