can access forum.

i changed the name of my forum from one name .co.uk to another and now it wont let me log in.
it keeps saying invalid pass or user..

and there isnt a admin bar for me to enter the site anymore ..

i am basically stupid when it comes to fixing thigs so if ya can pit it stupid terms for me to be able to understand what i have to do.
