Forum shows same in all broswer like Google Chrome

I want my forum show in the other broswers like Google Chrome.

Nope, unfortunately you can't do this, because all browser are different and some of browser can't read any CSS propreties, HTML tags, attributes, etc.
So, the forum will be displayed a little bit different. But please note that this is not because of forumotion, this happens to all web pages.
