Lost Password error

i was very busy at work and now im back to my forum but i forget my pass my last access was oct 03 2011 i was trying to recover my account as forum admin but this thing error says!
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security<< how to fix this please help... thanks so much.. Sad

thanks so much for the fast reply i was like crying out loud i cant access my own forum.. thanks again.. i was trying to send message to mod or staff here but i have error to
You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages.<< this thing appear so i cant message the necessary supporting details for my forum..
