2 Problems

1) Any new topic made gets a couple of replies in a French or something that are backdated and supposedly made by members of the forum, even though they aren't making the posts. The "replies" also show up above the first real post for the topic being made.

2) I'm admin of the forum and it will not let me edit / delete any posts in these topics so they're stuck there unless I delete the whole thing. I've tried setting myself to mod of those forums and still, it will not let me.

Please let me know if you need any further information to be able to help me put a stop to these random posts and also help me regain control of the editing / deletion of posts in the forum.

This forum was just made yesterday, this has been a problem since creation.
