so, like, i can't find where i can have mods make stickies. can i do this?

if this is in the wrong section, PLEASE MOVE IT!

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Forums & Categories
You have to set the permissions for moderators to create a sticky message for each forum that you want them to have the ability in.
