Solved No display section

Hello, i cant seem to find the display icon in my admin panel, i have phpBB3 and once i login to the admin pannel these r my options
GENERAL
FORUM,POSTING, USERS AND GROUPS, PERMISSIONS, STYLES, MAINTENANCE, and SYSTEM

I want to enable css, but i cant seem to find display area to get to the next step, if anyone can help i would be really happy Smile

CSS is here:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Colors
CSS Stylesheet Tab

I do not understand what you mean by enable CSS. Are you in the advance mode?

Ahh, i dont think i am in advanced mode, im super new to this sooo... bwi

On the first page of the administration panel, there should be options that say: Simple and Advanced. On my screen it is on the top left. Press the Advanced button.

I cant seem to find it, i even used ctrl+f No display section Captur11
