Nav Bar Problem

3 days ago I wanted to put icons instead of letters in the navigation bar. But when I wanted to put an icon to the profile and also to the message/new message bar, I realized that I couldn't.

When I put the icon's URL to the profile bar, it didn't work, I mean that I couldn't see the picture.
When I put the icon's URL to the message/ new message bar, It mentioned this;

'' You must provide a menu name''
AND it has fun, because the menu has a name (no new messages / new messages)

Can you help me please?

Hi!

For first, remove your email for security reasons.

Go to Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and colors => Pics management => Advanced mode => General / explore.

Do you know also, were can I find vote bars?
