I currently run a forum called www.xkillax.forumotion.com and my friend currently owns a domain , I was wondering if he can some how move the domain onto my forumotion forums and it would become www.xkillax.com?

It's still not possible. You'll have to gain credits in order to buy yourself the domain. You can't transfer it through Admin Panel. I don't think it's possible. But you can wait for an Admin's response.
