Groups Not Appearing
I have this weird problem going on. For some reason, my custom groups are not appearing in the forum legend (on the index) or in the group page. Here's some information on them:
I have all the specified groups set to auto-subscribe. I have set the post minimum for auto-subscription. I have created the groups as closed groups. I tried changing them to open groups to see if they would appear then, but they never did.
Any idea what the problem could be?

I added a member to one of the groups and then it appeared. Sadly, I don't yet have enough members on the forum to add one to every single group (I only just got done making the forum). It's strange, though, because the other day I experimented and made a group and it appeared right away.
Is there a setting somewhere else in the administration panel that controls whether or not a group is visible? If so, I might have accidentally saved something incorrectly.

Hi, make sure that the group is either closed or opened and that 'Color Group Members' is checked. That should make the group appear no matter what. For more information on groups, please see this topic: https://help.forumotion.com/t10988-organizing-groups-colors-in-legend

I gave that link a look-over, and it just says everything that I've already enabled. I've also enabled "Colorize Usernames" in User Options, too. For some reason, the groups are still not appearing. It's strange, because I have everything set up correctly, so they should be appearing in the forum legend.
Maybe if I log out and back in... Seems kind of iffy but who knows, it might work.
EDIT: The groups are still not appearing. I tried deleting all of the groups and then remaking them, with different descriptions and everything, but they are still not visible. I even disabled and then re-enabled the "Colorize Usernames" function in Users Options but that didn't work either. I also tried clearing my internet history, cache, and cookies (basically cleared out everything) to see if that would help, and it didn't. At this point, I don't know what the problem could be. Unless someone else has any ideas of what the problem could be, I might have to wait until I can add more people to the groups to make them visible.
Re: Groups Not Appearing
Hello,
Make sure 'Color Group Member' box is checked for that group.
Also, check the following settings:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Special Rights > Usergroups > Set it to Guests > Save
If it still doesn't work, please provide a forum link and the name of the group.
Make sure 'Color Group Member' box is checked for that group.
Also, check the following settings:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Special Rights > Usergroups > Set it to Guests > Save
If it still doesn't work, please provide a forum link and the name of the group.

I did what you suggested and they're still not appearing.

Groups: Reds, Blues, Greens, Yellows, Pinks (these five groups are not visible; the "TokuCraze Admins" and "TokuCraze Moderators" groups are visible already).
Re: Groups Not Appearing
Hello,
Did you happen to mess up with the codes on the templates?:
Admin Panel > Display > Templates > Usergroups > If there's a red cross that appears on each template, click it to delete the wrong published template.
Also, can you try to provide the screenshot of your usergroups? On:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Groups Administration

I'm using Invision for this particular site, so I can't edit the templates at all.
Here are a couple screenshots; one showing you the groups overview and the other showing you the general settings I have for each group:
Re: Groups Not Appearing
Hello,
I just tested in my test forum that those groups(auto subscribe groups) won't appear unless someone is added to that group or reaches the minimum posts, so I suggest you to make a test account and just add it to those groups to make it appear.

So I can add one member to multiple groups? Hmmm, I see. Well all right, then. Thanks for all the help, Jophy. I shall do what you suggested. Your help is greatly appreciated!
