As the title says ,

Example : I only want to see a Forum is only 1 user. How can I do it in Fm Forums?

The easiest way is to create a group and set the forum's permissions for just that group.

To set the permissions for forums:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.

Yes , I know it but it Choices are Admin , Mods , Members , & Guest.
I just want only 1 member can see it.

Create an individual group for that member and the group will appear on your permissions. Perms
