Received report in Admin Panel

I checked the AC-P today and I saw this "An abuse has been sent to your forum. To see your abuses, click here" so what dose that mean?
Trash it please.

Hey Matti,
It basically is a report, but mainly used by guests. If you follow the link it will take you to the abuse.
There's nothing that needs to be done, it's between you, and the reporter.
