Follow the steps, Slg provided. Note: if the user(s) is a proxy, suggest changing the activation account to Admins. (ACP >> Users & Groups >> Users option >> New accounts Activations >> Admin).

Hi,

I'm sorry but you cannot block a entire country, no country has one set IP range.

You can not block an entire country and I don't see why you would want to! That's a potential 90M users down the drain!! haha
