In progress Banning an IP issue.

The Founder of my Forumotion forum IP banned this user. He comes back (With the same IP Address).When I go ban the IP, I check all banned Ip's and it shows that it's banned even tho he clearly comes on. (Its rare when he comes on, but its annoying..) Any thoughts on what to do o.o..?

Hello


It has the same address IP who was banned ?
It is possible to change his IP address.

Example: 190.578.938 = > 190.578.937.

Me I recommend you to check again.

Yea he logs on the forum. he literally goes in the chatbox. I might be he changed it and I didn't check etc. O well. I'll reply back if this happens again O.o.
