Register problem

Hello everybody, I've a problem on my forum with the register of a new member.

My forum : http://dragonknights.montopic.com/

The username of my new member : Lana


When she want to register, she have : "Sorry, but this username has already been taken."

But there is a automatic activation of new accounts, and there isn't inactive users ! So i don't understand where is the problem...Someone can help me ?

Could it be that another member used that username?

Have them join under a random name. Then when they can get into the forum.

You do...

ACP --> Users & Groups --> Search Users --> Click on their Username --> Then you can change it to what they want

No, there is no similar username :s

Hi, is this problem solved? If not, try going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Security (on the left, under Forum)
4. Select 'Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : No'
