Transferring Head Admin abilities

Is there anyway to give another admin the head admin (site owner) abilities? I'm stepping down on my site, and need to give someone else my powers; but I'd like to keep my account.

Could anyone tell me if this takes a long time, our Admin has resigned from our group and needs to pass her Admin rights onto the new Administrator

The transfering over part , we have been told (by the old Admin) that the people who run Forumotion need to transfer the old Admins old email address for the new Admins email address and password etc, personally I would have thought that it would be some type of automated system. Any help and advice would be welcomed

Hi Sanket, thanks for your promp post. Yes I have read the above and could not find in it anything that implied that the transfer needed your assistance, which it why I thought I would ask for a more expert opinion on here. Could you just verify for me that as far as the transfer of Founder Admin goes she should be able to carry it out quickly and easily herself without any help from yourselves?

Its the 1st option in your case in that tutorial.
