A question about polls and IP addresses

I apologize if this has been covered somewhere else, but I was not able to find it.

When you create a poll, does each individual username get one vote? Or does it only allow one vote per IP address?

So if one person has 3 usernames on my board, can they all vote or will it stop them after one time?

I believe it is based on accounts not IP addresses.

Hi, slg is correct. Each account is allowed one vote on a poll. It is not based on IPs so if one person has multiple accounts then they can vote multiple times. Unfortunately it is not possible to stop this.
