Solved Invisible Reply Button

Hello!

I'm not really sure if this is a coding problem or not, but here it is:

When I'm done making a new topic, there should be a "post reply" button over and under it. But actually the "post reply" button isn't visible in neither of these positions. The only button I can see, is the "new topic" button. Do you know what's going on with this? D:

1. Making a new topic:

2. When the topic is done, the reply button isn't there:

Check here to see if you have an image for it:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode
Buttons Tab
