Solved Email verification help?!

how do i make it so that when guests register on my forum they have to go to their emails and verify the code to actually be able to use the account....
ive been searching the admin panel for hours trying to find it.....

Users & groups>users Options
New accounts activation : User
Save

u go to Users and groups>users Options
New accounts activation - User
then klick Save
I think thats how u do it.
