Made a forum never got activation email

Need help somebody made a forum never got the email it said I would get and I can not get in! Help Please

I never got the email to confirm so I did not get an admin password. what now

You've choose your password at the creation of the forum.

For some reason it is not working I have tried it a a dozen ways and nothing works. This is all it says over and over again:You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password. as I was setting this up I wrote everything down do not know why it is not working?

maybe it was sent to your "Junk" folder try checking that

make sure you made it with the right email

See if there is some way to resend it

This happened to me as well. Checked my email and there is no activation however says I'm fully registered.

Meanwhile I lost my admin password and it can't get forgot password to work.

Thanks leeloo I am in, I figured out that I had to sign in as "admin" and not the sign in name I used to sign up with with the new password that was provided ( changed immediatly) and probably not needed I got in. Try using admin as sign in and your password and you might get in. What you are saying is what happened to me. I am new to the idea of a forum and am still learning. And just getting it set up
