Hello!
I have a question. Is there any way that I can enable any feature that will allow forum members to add subtitles to the topics? (want it to be shown in topics page of a forum).

Could you elaborate a bit more on what you need, or better yet, if you could tell us what you're wanting to do so we can be sure to cater to your request?
