how to make members not allowed to delete their post
i want to not let members to delete their post
but allow them to post
so can someone help me?

Yes. You go to:
1) ACP.
2) Advanced mode.
3) General tab.
4) Forum box > categories and forums.
5) You will see a list of forums that you've created (or a place to create your forum/category).
6) Click on the forum you do not want your members to delete their own messages and attachments in (if you want for each forum, you'll have to go one by one then).
7) Click on the permissions tab.
You'll get a box of permission, click on 'Advanced mode', you have to be in the advanced and not simple mode. You can find it under the box of permissions.
9) Search in that box and you'll notice what you should do.
