Regular members aren't allowed to see links and spoilers?

We moved our old forum to this to new and members are reporting following issues:

- [Only admins are allowed to see this image]
- [Only admins are allowed to see this link]
- "New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."

Please help as quick as you can. Thanks in advance.

For the first two, you have to check those in the forums' permissions.
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

The last one:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails: No

Thank you! Couple more questions. Is there any way how not to get those emails everytime when someone posts topic which i have created?

I went to profile -> "Choices" or "Options" or whatever it is in English and then i answered No to "Always notify me of replies" or something like that. But somehow i'm still receiving emails.

Looks like chat has different backround compared to my site. How do i change it?

In the future, you need to start new threads for issues that are not related.

For the emails:
Profile > Preferences
Always notify me of replies: No

Profile > Topics Being Watched
Remove them.
