Recovering a deleted forum
I'm trying to recover mysteryimdb.forumotion.com
I go to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ and enter the admin username and password and get to the next page. It asks me about
"Edit creator's information"
"Restore the forum such as it was previously"
"In case of error on mysteryimdb.forumotion.com
Direct connection to the Administration Panel"
"Reset the ban"
"Remove the security 'Disallow to send a new password to administrators and moderators'"
So, I fill out the boxes and make the appropriate decisions and click "Submit query" and the page refreshes basically. Everything I typed or selected is no longer there. So, I'm just wondering what happens next. Does it have to be manually recovered, or what? I get no message saying "thanks for submitting this query," or "sorry, we can't recover this forum." It's really frustrating because I don't know if anything is happening. Can anyone help? thanks <3

Have you gone to the link to see if it has been restored?

Yes, it was not restored. The link is
"mysteryimdb.forumotion.com"
and nothing has happened. That's even the link I see when I try to restore it, so I'm not mixing anything up, lol.
Just did it again, nothing happens. Should I be getting some kind of message at least acknowledging that I've "submitted a query?"
