Simple question about images

Hey guys having a brain fart right now

you know how when you host an image (upload an image) to show someone what you are talking about? And its small at first then when you click enlarge it enlargens? How do i exactly do that, also would maybe like to do a lightbox?

Resize Image -
Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Messages Section
Images resize :
Width:
Height:
(If the image is larger than the numbers you entered, you will see the Enlarge the Picture link. Also you may see the Full Size link.)
