Administration Panel ~> General ~> Forum Deletetion .


You will receive an e-mail asking you to click on a link for the final deletion :
Your forum, your members, your messages... Everything will be deleted without further notice.
If your forum has a substancial community,
Instead of deleting it, you can transfer the administration to someone else.

Please use this option only if you are totally sure...

Do you mean the whole forum or just some forums on your forum?
