Possible security issue
Can anyone tell me what this means?
Bobrovnik Mon 12 Nov 2012 - 18:18 Mon 12 Nov 2012 - 18:21 Viewing portal *********
I do not have a portal, and this is the first time I have seen any member looking into a part of the forum that doesn't exist, this member only joined at 18.15 today and went directly to the Portal I don't have.
Could this be a hacker using a crawler ? I know this is possible because I know of a member on here that got someone to crawl his forum and the server and copy the database, so this is what makes me wonder?
The asterisk is the Ip.which I have hidden

Re: Possible security issue
Even if you do not have a portal, a page will load saying this page does not exist.

But why when I am in the ACP (Who is online) does it show a member looking in the Portal when I don't have one.
Re: Possible security issue
can i ask do you have a HTML page on your forum ?
i ask this as this is Also named a portal page when you click on it so the admin page will show this up.
If you don't have a HTML page at all then I'm not sure but a link to your forum would help us some more
