Solved My forum won't let me bring out new members

As everyone knows, today is Veteran's day. I already finished creating my forum, i tried getting people into my forum, but it said that the Admins declined new members to register, i have no idea why, but i checked everything, i checked the Forum in Holidays, and it said yes not no, so why is my forum not letting people register?
