Is this message from OnlineGuardian? If it is, it means that your forum was banned for having something on your forum that breaks the Forumotion's Terms of Service. You can try to contest the decision. There should be a Contest This Decision button on that page.

From what I know vertex-gaming.forumr.net was a download forum. Illegal download links aren't allowed by our TOS, you won't have your forum back.

He means if they made it and then posted in the forum that all the credit goes to the person that originally created it.
