Solved Cant open my forum

Hi, i have little problem. I cannot open my forum. It said "server is not found" but my firends can open it.... So my question is... What is that?

Sry for my late. I was away Smile) I try all internet browsers.. and have editboard URL... i try work with and without proxy .... but problem was not solved... for me dont work but for another yes.... (sry for my bad english...)

I know. But for me sometimes my forum go down.... 10-20min i cant load him... and then its again good.... i dont know wtf is that

Problem is only in windows 7/8... On XP/linux it is ok...
