Solved phpbb3 pics managment problem

I'm trying to change the logo in a phpbb3 forum and when i change it.it says that i have to export something.

what must i do?

Are you changing it here:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode
General/Index Tab (First One)

Also what is the image's URL?
