How do you stop randoms from registering

im makeing a forum for another game and dont want randoms in this forumpage. how do i do so O.O

You can only stop spam usernames. By doing the following listed below:
ACP >> General >> Security >> look for:
 Unathorized subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames.

Whilst changing the activation; whenever registering to being activated by Admin. (ACP>>Users & Groups>>User's option>>New accounts activation: admin

You can either choose an activation by users, a manual activation by administrators or an automatic activation.
