Facebook Like button on every page ...

Hello.

Could anyone please tell me if there's a way to put a Like button on every page of every topic instead of a Like button only on the main page?
Let's say, I like a topic and would like to share it on Facebook, only that specific topic, not the forum as a whole.

To share it on facebook, i think there is a option on the right top corner of the thread.
