facebook button to connect to facebook page

hi
i haven't found what i need through searches. i would like a facebook button like you have above. so when pushed it will go to my facebook page.

You will need to create a Facebook app for your forum, then add the link to it on your forum.

tried that. got a code made a widget and failed

How did it fail?

Did you want to activate Facebook Connect?

AP > Modules > Facebook Connect

Could you please provide a screenshot and give the message you get when you enter you facebook ID?

facebook connect is activated

Please post your forum's link.

Members before you activated Facebook Connect will have to associate their two accounts: Profile > Preferences.

I do not see anything wrong with the Facebook Connect option. Are you wanting to have a button somewhere on your forum to log in with your Facebook account?
