2 account activation.only two option for enable new account , i cant see 3rd option Automatic activation

Are you the founder of the forum, and is the administration panel in advanced mode?

thanks , now i know where wrong , because i am using admin id not founder id , when i log in with founder id , that all enabled . thanks for your advice
