Log off?
Whenever I go to log off on my forum, it now asks me if I'm sure if I want to log off. Is this a new feature for forums through Forumotion? I don't remember doing anything to cause this pop up on my forum.
Re: Log off?
Did you add any codes or modify anything right before this? It sounds like a code that I saw I believe on avacweb.

No, I haven't added any codes recently when this started a day or two ago. Hum.....
Re: Log off?
It sounds like a code as I know quite a few codes that will create a log off pop up box asking if you are sure.
Are you sure you haven't added any codes even if it was a code that was to do with something else? Have you changed themes? It could be built into a theme....

Re: Log off?
It will take you to the confirm page if your using a log out link you've added yourself which doesn't contain the session ID. Aka if the link doesn't have '&tid=blablabla' in the query string.

Re: Log off?
@RPM No, it doesn't ask me when I log off from the ACP. It asks me when I am logging off the forum completely.
@Derri Well, the last time I added a code was a week ago but this just started a day or two ago. And no, I haven't changed themes. I am using the same theme I started with when I started the forum.
@Sanket Also, I'm using phpBB3.
I don't mind if it asks me if I am sure I want to log off but I just don't know what caused it to start doing it.

Re: Log off?
Is this only happening to you or all your members, too?

I don't know. I'll ask around and see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
Re: Log off?
Are you using the log off in the toolbar? If you are that is why you are getting that page.

Re: Log off?
This is why the problem exists: https://help.forumotion.com/t121697-link-to-automatic-logout#804121
A small bit of js would be needed in order to create the dynamic logout link including the session ID.

Re: Log off?
The only code I'm using Sir Chivas is this one you gave me here:
https://help.forumotion.com/t119418-one-area-review
I used the first one to remove the underline from the user name in the legend.
The other code I'm using is this one:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/image_with_sliding_description_panel_using_css3_transitions/

Re: Log off?
Check if you don't have this code inside your JS:
- Code:
$(document).ready(function() {
var x = document.getElementById('logout');
$(x).click(function(cLogout) {
var y = confirm("Are you sure you want to logout?");
if (y == true) {
return true;
} else { cLogout.preventDefault(); }
});
});

Hum...I'm not seeing it. Where do you find your JS? I want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.

Re: Log off?
You're using what version? Can you please provide a screenshot of what appears? Thank you.
Re: Log off?
As SLG said above:
So, is this solved then?
